How it works

1. 1. Upload

   Create an account and upload artwork with a Place Order, Quote, or Vector request.

2. 2. Quote or proof

   Production prepares the file. Quotes need your approval before conversion. Embroidery jobs come back as a proof to review.

3. 3. Approve

   Approve the quote or proof from your dashboard, or request a revision with notes.

4. 4. Release files

   When the job is released, download the production files from your account. Invoices for payable work are recorded by staff; this site does not capture live card payments.

A new customer gets one free trial total: either one embroidery digitizing design up to 15,000 stitches or one simple, flat vector design—not both. Embroidery above 15,000 stitches requires a paid quote or overage.
