How it works

1. 1. Upload

   Create a free account, choose New Order, Quote or Vector, and upload your artwork. For embroidery you see the price straight away; we start as soon as the invoice is paid.

2. 2. We digitize it

   Our team digitizes your design for your fabric, size and placement. If you asked for a quote, we send you the price to approve first.

3. 3. Review

   Download the files from your account and check them. Approve them, or request a revision with notes.

4. 4. Sew with confidence

   When the job is released, download the production files from your account. Your invoice and payment details are always available in your account.
