Revision policy

After a job is released, review the proof in your dashboard and approve it or request a revision with notes. Unreleased jobs cannot be edited. A released embroidery job that has already been submitted as an edit cannot be edited again from the customer form.

  • Proof revisions are requested from the released order in your dashboard, with a reason category and notes.
  • A revision request flags the job as urgent in the production queue.
  • Quotes that are released can be approved or sent back with a change request before conversion to an order.
  • Unreleased jobs stay with production until they are released; customers cannot open the edit form until then.

This page restates the workflow already in the customer dashboard. It does not add extra free-revision counts beyond those rules.
