Website and Business Ownership
EMBROXO operates the website embroxo.com and provides embroidery digitizing, vector artwork, and related professional digital services through the EMBROXO brand.
EMBROXO is responsible for the operation and management of embroxo.com, including:
- Services offered through the website.
- Customer accounts.
- Quotations and orders.
- Digital artwork production.
- Customer support.
- Billing and invoices.
- Payment transactions initiated through the website.
- Customer files and service records.
The EMBROXO website, branding, website content, design elements, original written material, software, and other proprietary materials belonging to EMBROXO may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization.
Customer-supplied logos, trademarks, artwork, images, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Submission of customer artwork to EMBROXO does not transfer ownership of that artwork to EMBROXO.
Customers grant EMBROXO only the permission reasonably necessary to process, reproduce, modify, convert, digitize, or otherwise work with submitted material for the purpose of completing the requested service.
EMBROXO does not claim ownership of customer trademarks, logos, or original customer artwork.
