How you pay
New accounts are prepaid: your invoice is created automatically when you order, and production starts once it is paid. Quoted work is never charged until you approve the price.
Turnaround & rush
Standard digitizing is typically 6–8 hours, depending on complexity and queue. Rush work is typically 3–4 hours when capacity permits. These are typical production times, not guaranteed delivery windows. Mark a job urgent in the order form when you need production priority.
Urgent jobs are prioritised when capacity allows; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
