Terms

The public site is for learning the workflow and creating an account. Digitizing and vector work is submitted from the customer dashboard.

A new customer gets one free trial total: either one embroidery digitizing design up to 15,000 stitches or one simple, flat vector design—not both. Embroidery above 15,000 stitches requires a paid quote or overage.

• Paid embroidery after the trial follows the published pricing page unless a job is quoted separately (for example jacket backs and 3D puff after artwork review).
• Turnaround and revisions follow the policies linked in the footer.
• Accounts may be disabled by staff. Do not upload files you do not have the right to reproduce.
• This release records payments in the ledger; it does not capture cards on the site.
