A new customer gets one free trial total: either one embroidery digitizing design up to 15,000 stitches or one simple, flat vector design—not both. Embroidery above 15,000 stitches requires a paid quote or overage.

Standard embroidery turnaround is typically same business day to 24 hours depending on queue. Mark a job urgent in the order form when you need production priority. Urgent work is flagged in the production queue without extra fees.

After a job is released, review the proof in your dashboard and approve it or request a revision with notes. Unreleased jobs cannot be edited. A released embroidery job that has already been submitted as an edit cannot be edited again from the customer form.

Released payable jobs can be invoiced from your account. Payment recording is handled by staff; live card capture is not required in this release.
